Born in Asuncion (Paraguay), Seba is fascinated with cities like Madrid, Paris, Rome, Seville or Cordoba, and with the great highways that run along them.

The analysis of photographs, postcards, and various magazines and internet sites, provides him with the information required to outline modern cities in thorough detail, with their avenues, roundabouts and buses.

Internet is an essential research tool for him; a source of high resolution images that helps him to reinterpret this urban imagery. Seba’s horror vacui leads him to fill the entire surface: he only considers an artwork completed when he has painted over his previous errors.
